Shared Resources
Shared Resources contains all the artifacts which are by default shared between all users within the same organization. It is important that all the users within the same organization uses the same network connection and same repository to access the shared files.

In simple words, Shared location in Repository from which the artifacts are accessible to all application users. The best practice is to place only files which are going to be used all across the organization i.e. Images, Themes, Data sources, etc.
